Ruthie and Annette – When I read of your mom’s passing my mind went back to the 60’s and Jamie Court. I remember the laughter we shared, but what I remember most is Hazel’s spirit and the way she always made me feel like part of the family.

Tim,Ruthie,Annette, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Hazel loved so many and thought so much of her children and grandchildren. I will always have fond memories of her and my grandmother Ruth, and Hazels’ wonderful cooking. I was just recently thinking of her, she will be missed. Otis W Boyles

Uncle Tim, Aunt Ruth, and Aunt Ann,

I wish I could be there with you all this weekend. Grammie always had the best laugh and gave the best hugs and kisses that left bright lipstick marks all over our cheeks. I’m going to miss hearing stories about all the trouble you all got into when you were young and miss the sight of her in the kitchen making her noodles and other delicious (and fattening!) things. Do you know that she used to call every year on my birthday and tell me how she dropped an earring down into her ear the day I was born? I used to laugh because I had heard the story so many times, but I am going to miss hearing it.

I love and miss you all,

    Jennifer
